Pool & Whirlpool:
Immerse yourself and let go of the daily routine. Drift away and unwind or go for some active recreation: The well tempered pools of the adjacent Meridian Spa & Fitness offer varied possibilities to restore body and soul with new energy. You will reach the highest dimensions of relaxation in one of the many whirlpools.
Please note that in the whirlpools as well as in the saunas and steam baths it is not permitted to wear swimwear due to hygienic reasons.
Sauna & Steam Bath:
To sauna means to strengthen your immune system, to stimulate your metabolism and to improve your wellbeing. The Meridian Spa & Fitness offers you sauna infusions with a wide variety. Here, you can choose between an herbal sauna, a Finnish sauna, a hay sauna and steam baths. Infusions from fruity to refreshing make for your wellness experience extraordinary.
Face & Body Day Spa:
In the AMAYÃNA area, let yourself be in numerous ways and give yourself to a relaxing break. Experience relaxing massages and energy releasing Ayurveda therapies. Feel how physical and mental tension is released and how easily you can find ease.
