Which is the largest conference room?
The largest conference room in the MADISON Hotel is the Alsterfleet conference room with a capacity of 120 people.
Where will our conference lunch take place?
Depending on the number of participants and the conference room, we will serve lunch either in our restaurant or in the foyer of your conference room.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, the MADISON Hotel Hamburg offers free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. You can easily connect to the "MADISON FREE WIFI" network.
Can I send packages to the hotel before the event?
Yes, we are happy to accept your packages up to three business days before the event begins. Please note the name and date of the event on the package and inform us in advance by phone or email. Since we have limited storage space, we ask that you send them in manageable quantities.
How many people can the conference rooms accommodate?
Depending on the seating arrangement, our conference rooms offer space for small meetings as well as for events with up to 120 people.
How many meeting rooms are there at the MADISON Hotel Hamburg?
The MADISON Hotel Hamburg offers five air-conditioned seminar and meeting rooms ranging in size from 35 to 115 square meters.
Do all meeting rooms at the MADISON Hotel Hamburg have natural light?
Not all of them, but many: Our Alster, Fleet, and Elbe rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with direct daylight. The Michel and Nikolai rooms only have indirect daylight. We would be happy to recommend the right room for your event.
