Thomas Kleinertz is New Director of the Madison Hotel Hamburg
“I know my hotel to be in the best hands with Thomas Kleinertz at the helm,” said Marlies Head, when she presented her former deputy as the new Director to the Hamburg media this late summer. “Our young, skilled team now has young leadership and will further develop the strengths of this hotel with geniality and cosmopolitanism in a casual ambience. Since its opening in 1993 the owner has personally managed her hotel as its Director and was presented among others with the award “Hotelier of the Year”. “For 16 years now I have been a passionate hostess here at the Madison and will continue to actively accompany my team and my hotel. At the same time I am already looking forward to devoting more time to my private life and improving my golf handicap,” declared Marlies Head.
Thomas Kleinertz added: “I thank Ms Head for her trust and am pleased that after only two years as her Executive Assistant Manager I have been given such an important task. Working closely with Ms Head will also be essential for me in the future.”
Thomas Kleinertz began his career at the Madison as a receptionist in March 2002.
In the following years, the 31 year-old from Kempen in North Rhine-Westphalia took on responsibilities as Sales Director and Executive Assistant Manager. In his free-time he loves to play tennis, travel and is active in the Round Table Club.
