When using the Internet we rely on the German Tele Services Data Protection Act (TDDSG) and to the German Teleservices Act (TDG) to protect your personal data. The Madison Hotel GmbH makes every effort to not only do justice to the legal data protection legislation, but to in addition take into consideration the voluntary self-monitoring in the area of data protection recommended by accredited advisory commissions. 

Collecting and Processing of Personal Data

Protection of Minors
Children and adolescents who are restricted in their legal competency are categorically not allowed to transfer data without the permission of their parents or custodian. The Madison Hotel GmbH will under no circumstances knowingly collect or in any way use data acquired from children or adolescents who are restricted in their legal competency or disclose such data to third parties without authorization. 

Declaration of User Consent
In using our Internet site and the offers to be found there, you herewith give your consent that we are allowed to store, process and use the data you personally and voluntarily transfer to us in accordance to this Data Privacy Statement.

Access Right to Personal Data / Public Procedural Directory
According to § 34 and § 6b of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) you have the unlimited right to free information about the data we have stored about your person as well as the right to have incorrect data deleted or frozen or to have incorrect data corrected. Upon request we will gladly, also in written form, provide you with the data we have stored about your person. Whenever possible we take qualified measures to up-date and correct the personal data we have stored about your person at short notice. In such cases please contact our Data Protection Officer directly.

The German Data Protection Act (BDSG) requires that data protection sensitive information be made available to everyone in a suitable form. The Madison Hotel GmbH has made the respective data available for viewing in its Public Procedural Directory.
